“I’m supported by a collaborative team who are open to questions and input, which makes it easy to sense-check ideas and keep improving the quality of work.”
My role includes supporting campaigns, managing briefs and ensuring requests from across the business are clear, structured and delivered effectively.
High standards mean being detail-focused and consistent across everything we deliver. It’s about ensuring outputs from briefs meet both brand and clinical expectations, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and making sure work is delivered properly.
I wanted to have an impact and know that the work I do each day contributes to something meaningful and part of something better.
How open, supportive and friendly people are, and how willing everyone is to work together to get things right, always keeping what’s best for the patient in mind.
A good day is when everything feels aligned, briefs are clear, work is progressing, and I can see activity moving forward across campaigns or projects. It feels meaningful when I can see that what we’re delivering is landing well and helping connect patients to the right services.
Days can be more challenging when there are competing priorities or last-minute requests. I manage this by staying organised, keeping clear on priorities and communicating with stakeholders to keep things moving.
I’m supported by a collaborative team who are open to questions and input, which makes it easy to sense-check ideas and keep improving the quality of work. I’ve also recently completed my Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship, which gave me a strong foundation that I now apply in my role day-to-day.
I’d say it’s a great place to build your skills while doing meaningful work. You’re trusted with real responsibility, supported by a collaborative team and given the opportunity to grow. The work has a clear impact, which makes it feel worthwhile.
