Creating meaningful partnerships
As demand for mental health services continues to increase, so does the need for thoughtful and responsible growth.
We have dedicated Business Development teams across our NHS, Consumer and Medication business units. While each team supports a different area of the business, they all focus on identifying opportunities, building partnerships and responding to the changing needs of patients and the wider healthcare system to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
We identify, create and deliver the opportunities that support the continued growth of Clinical Partners.
We build relationships with healthcare providers, commissioners and partner organisations, as well as supporting contract growth and the development of new services in a fast-moving healthcare landscape.
Our work includes strategic planning, partnership management, market analysis, bids and tenders, and the development of high-quality proposals. We work closely with clinical and operational teams to shape, refine and evolve our services.
Business Development plays an important role in the sustainable and responsible growth of Clinical Partners.
We help identify where services are needed most, support informed decision-making and actively shape how the organisation will evolve, both now and in the future to help more people access timely, high-quality care.
This is a team with strategic influence and visibility. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, clinicians and operational teams, contributing ideas and helping shape decisions that have long-term impact.
As a growing organisation, there are opportunities to broaden your experience, build your understanding of healthcare systems and contribute to projects that combine commercial thinking with meaningful outcomes.
We’re a close knit team, with a collaborative, thoughtful and forward-looking culture, where we are encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge constructively and think strategically.
It’s a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork, shared purpose and commitment to learning from different perspectives to continuously improve.
We’re looking for people who are commercially aware, strategically minded and confident building relationships across a range of stakeholders. You’ll be curious, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas in a growing and evolving organisation.
Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are important, alongside an interest in healthcare systems, policy and improving access to high-quality care.
