Accessing support the way you want
Our Consumer team provide outpatient mental healthcare services to self-referred individuals across the country and on behalf of health insurers such as Bupa. Services are delivered collaboratively by our expert clinicians working alongside our patient support team.
In everything we do, we ensure patients and families receive the information, care and support they need when they need it, so that they can move forward positively with their lives.
Our clinicians provide services including ADHD and Autism assessments and treatment as well as outpatient psychiatry, treatment for anxiety and depression, bipolar disorders and eating disorders.
Our patient support colleagues are often the first point of contact for patients, playing an important role in shaping their experience from the very beginning. Working across different stages of the patient journey, the team supports triage, assessment and treatment-related queries while helping to ensure patients receive a positive and well-coordinated experience.
We deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services both remotely and through our nationwide network of clinics, including the Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre.
Patients access our services through a variety of referral pathways. Many are referred via our partnerships with leading private medical insurers and healthcare providers, while others choose to access our services directly as self-funding patients.
Whether patients are taking the first step towards assessment, exploring treatment options or looking for information and support, the team helps ensure they feel listened to, informed and reassured from the outset.
By building trust and providing compassionate support throughout the diagnostic and treatment journey, the whole team plays an important role in shaping positive experiences and helping people access the care they need.
