We manage finances across the organisation, supporting day-to-day operations and longer-term planning. This includes maintaining financial controls and ensuring teams have the clear and actionable information they need to move forward.
Our work includes Financial Planning and Analysis, such as forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, as well as financial accounting. We also support projects across the business, providing financial insight where it’s needed and acting as a trusted advisor.
We help the business make sound decisions, manage and control costs, stay compliant and plan for the long term. We make sense of the numbers, spot opportunities to improve and give our teams the insight they need to move forward with confidence. This helps to ensure we can continue delivering safe, effective services as we grow.
We’re a scaling organisation, and there are plenty of opportunities to review and improve processes, introduce better ways of working and get involved in projects across the business. Finance works closely with different teams, so you’ll get experience, exposure and the chance to influence decisions as a trusted business partner, to shape how the organisation grows and supports more people.
