Building meaningful connections
Our Sales & Marketing team work to expand our reach, to help more people access and benefit from the right mental health support.
We take what can feel complex and uncertain and make it clear, supportive and actionable, so that our patients can take the next step in their care journey with confidence.
We work across the full patient journey, using marketing expertise to make mental health support accessible.
This includes shaping propositions, managing digital channels and developing content that supports people throughout their journey, from first awareness through to accessing support and ongoing care.
Marketing plays a central role in helping people recognise symptoms earlier, understand their options and access care quickly and confidently.
We reduce friction at key decision points and guide patients to the right service at the right time, aligning demand with clinical capacity.
Put simply, we use marketing to help people get the support they need, not just to generate demand.
There’s a wide range of work including proposition development, performance marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, website and digital product development, and content and campaign delivery.
We use data to continuously improve patient journeys, using insight to optimise performance and working across marketing, contact centre and clinical pathways.
It’s a collaborative, accountable and straightforward team, with a strong focus on clear thinking and communication. People take ownership of their work and follow through, working closely with colleagues across clinical and operational teams.
There’s a shared focus on continuous improvement and a strong respect for the people behind the journey, recognising that the work has a direct impact on how and when people access care.
There’s a wide variety of high-impact work across the full marketing mix, with opportunities to build both depth and breadth of experience. You’ll be working on complex, high-consideration journeys where decisions directly influence how people access support.
As a growing function, there’s scope to shape strategy, influence how we work and take ownership of meaningful projects. It’s a rare opportunity to do commercially grounded marketing while helping people access the right care.
We’re looking for people who think end-to-end across the customer journey and use data to inform decisions, who can communicate clearly, work cross-functionally and take ownership of outcomes.
Healthcare experience is helpful, but mindset and judgement are more important to us, and we need people who can balance commercial focus with empathy and understanding of the responsibility that comes with our work.
