People Operations & Experience supports our employees and managers. The team brings together People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits. It helps us attract and develop talented people, supports managers to lead their teams effectively, and helps employees feel informed, included and able to grow during their time with us.

Clinician Supply & Operations supports our employed and self-employed clinical workforce, ensuring we have the right clinicians in place to deliver exceptional patient care.

The function brings together:

Strategic Workforce Planning to shape our future workforce needs.Clinician Supply to attract and secure high-quality clinical talent.Clinical Workforce Operations to ensure clinicians are compliant, supported and effectively deployed.Clinician Standards & Assurance to maintain the highest standards of clinical competence, quality and safety.

The two teams work closely together, using insight, experience and collaboration to support our people and clinical workforce, help the organisation deliver high-quality care and continue to develop for the future.
