Leading clinical excellence
We help adults, children and young people access high-quality mental healthcare through remote appointments and face-to-face support across our nationwide clinic network.
As part of our clinician community, you'll have the opportunity to support a wide range of services, including Autism, ADHD and psychiatric assessments for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD. You could also deliver treatment and ongoing support through talking therapies or medication management, helping both NHS and private patients achieve better mental health outcomes.
For our NHS services, alongside patients and families, we work closely with commissioners, clinicians, administrators, Integrated Care Boards and local care teams to deliver high-quality, accessible mental healthcare.
Our private patients come to us directly, through healthcare providers such as BUPA and AXA, or via their university or education setting.

Many clinicians choose to work across multiple service areas, creating a varied portfolio that reflects their expertise, interests and availability. Exposure to different patient needs and presentations helps maintain breadth of practice while keeping clinical work diverse, engaging and rewarding.
Clinical excellence starts with the right foundations.
All our services operate through NICE-aligned pathways, supported by experienced Clinical Leadership teams and robust governance processes. We take a multidisciplinary approach to care, bringing together expertise from across our teams to support safe, effective and evidence-based practice.
By combining clinical excellence with the right support structures, we're able to help more people access the assessments, treatment and care they need. Every appointment, assessment and intervention plays a part in creating meaningful outcomes for patients and improving lives through the care we provide.
Flexibility means different things to different people, and as a self-employed clinician, you can decide what that looks like for you.
There is no minimum commitment for our self-employed clinician contracts, giving you the flexibility to choose how much work to undertake and when. Many clinicians choose to work evenings or weekends and most clinical work is delivered remotely. For those who prefer a more blended approach, opportunities for face-to-face work are also available.
As an employed clinician, you'll have the right to request flexible working from day one. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace and make every effort to accommodate requests where they align with the needs of the service.
Clinical work may be delivered independently, but you're never working alone.
Every clinician receives an induction tailored to the services they provide, alongside support from our Clinical Resourcing team to get started with confidence. Ongoing access to our Clinician Resources site, FAQs, regular drop-in sessions and Clinician Forums ensures support, guidance and advice are always close at hand.
You’ll have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and judgement, while being part of a wider community of experienced clinicians who share knowledge and support one another.
We work with highly qualified and experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.
Alongside professional expertise, we're looking for clinicians who share our commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and compassionate care. If you're passionate about improving access to high-quality mental healthcare and want the flexibility to work in a way that works for you, we'd love to hear from you.
