Setting the standards that matter
Safe, supportive and reliable care can lead to life-changing outcomes, and it’s essential that the services we deliver are ethical and in line with legal and regulatory standards.
From clinical governance and risk management to data protection and regulatory compliance, we play a central role in how Clinical Partners operates.
Our team supports clinicians and teams across the organisation, providing the guidance, frameworks and oversight we need to ensure best practice is followed.
We manage risk, support quality assurance, oversee data protection and confidentiality, in compliance with frameworks such as CQC and GDPR.
Our work is central to maintaining patient safety and trust. We ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care, while protecting the organisation from legal and regulatory risk.
By embedding strong governance processes, we provide the guardrails for clinicians to work within best practice frameworks and enable the organisation to grow in a way that is responsible and sustainable.
There’s a huge range of work to get involved in, including reviewing clinical practices and policies, conducting audits and investigations, managing incidents and safeguarding concerns, and supporting clinicians with governance frameworks.
This also includes implementing regulatory requirements, responding to Subject Access Requests and driving continuous quality improvement across our services.
This is a supportive environment where we help each other and actively encourage learning and improvement. We work closely with clinical and operational colleagues, building strong partnerships across Clinical Partners.
There is a wide variety of work, with a balance of structure and problem-solving, and there’s a strong sense of purpose and reward, knowing that everything we do directly impacts patient safety and quality care.
This is a diverse team within a growing organisation, with opportunities to work across clinical, operational and regulatory areas. You’ll gain exposure to digital healthcare innovation while contributing to meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.
You’ll be encouraged to influence how services are delivered, working closely with clinicians, product teams and leadership to shape how governance supports the organisation as it evolves.
We’re looking for people with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, who are confident working with complex or sensitive information, who are curious, proactive and committed to patient safety, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands. You’ll be able to communicate clearly, particularly when working with clinicians, and take a thoughtful, considered approach to decision-making.
