Putting meaning into every message
Communications, Brand & Public Affairs are the team that share Clinical Partners with the world. We’re always looking to build our reputation so that more people know how to access the best available mental health and neurodiversity support.
How our brand is seen, heard and experienced starts with us, and we make sure everything we produce strengthens our culture and connects with the people we need to reach.
We act as brand custodians, making our communications accessible and aligned to our tone of voice across internal communications, PR, social media and external events, ensuring that we are clear, relevant and impactful.
We help people understand what we do and what to expect from Clinical Partners, both internally and externally. Our mission underpins everything we say and do. We focus on improving lives and we bring meaning to every message.
We plan, create and manage our communications and build trust in our brand.
We’re a growing organisation and continue to change and evolve. We support this by communicating clearly, with sensitivity and consideration.
Our team incorporates PR, brand, public affairs and internal communications. We articulate who we are and what we stand for and then bring this to life. We liaise with decision-makers to harness our expertise and make system improvements, work with the media to promote and protect our brand, deliver internal communications that inform, inspire and engage including change comms, C-suite updates, clinician newsletters and all staff meetings, and are trusted advisors to the senior team.
We are a team with a voice, and we are actively involved in conversations around business priorities, change and strategy.
No two days are the same in our team. There’s a constant flow of activity which brings both challenge and opportunity to learn, develop and work across a wide range of projects.
From major moments like all-colleague events to evolving how we bring our brand to life, this is work that has visibility and impact.
When you join us, you’ll work across the organisation, building relationships, contributing to new ideas and helping evolve how Clinical Partners communicates as we continue to grow.
We’re looking for people who can build strong relationships and adapt their approach for different audiences and situations. You’ll be comfortable moving between hands-on delivery and longer-term planning, contributing strategically and practically.
