Clinical quality is our priority
The Clinical Quality team ensures that quality is embedded in everything Clinical Partners does. The team acts as a central hub, bringing together data, governance, improvement and clinical insight to help our people deliver world-leading, technology-enabled mental healthcare. Our goal is to drive safer, more effective and more personalised care through quality assurance, quality improvement and quality planning.
The team is responsible for developing and implementing Quality Strategy, keeping a close eye on patient safety, clinical effectiveness and personalised care. We use clinical audits and patient experience data to guide clinical quality improvements across all business functions. We investigate incidents, using lessons learned from these to further improve service standards. We ensure organisational compliance with regulatory and quality standards. By working across clinical, operational and business teams, we are instrumental in the continuous improvement of our patient outcomes and experience.
The work of the Quality team directly impacts the safety, effectiveness and experience of care for tens of thousands of patients each year. By understanding what works, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring lessons are learned, the team helps shape services that genuinely improve lives. Every project, audit or improvement initiative has the potential to influence patient outcomes and support the organisation's mission of delivering outstanding mental healthcare.
A role in Clinical Quality offers the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s mental health outcomes. Clinical Partners is an innovative, fast-growing mental healthcare organisation that combines clinical excellence with technology and data-driven decision making. Quality is a strategic priority, providing team members with the opportunity to shape organisational direction, influence senior leaders and contribute to meaningful improvements at scale.
You’ll be part of a supportive and values-driven culture while gaining exposure to strategic and organisation-wide initiatives. We nurture a collaborative team environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. The work we do will give you the chance to develop your expertise in quality improvement, audit, patient safety and outcomes measurement. You’ll be working alongside highly experienced clinicians, operational data professionals.
Unlike many quality functions that focus primarily on compliance, our approach is outcomes-driven. We use clinical outcomes, patient experience, audit findings and real-time data to understand the impact of our services and continuously improve them. The team works across the whole organisation, giving employees exposure to a wide range of clinical, operational and strategic initiatives while helping develop innovative approaches to mental healthcare.
Employees enjoy seeing the tangible impact of their work on patients, services and organisational performance. The variety of projects, opportunities for collaboration and focus on innovation create an engaging environment where people can continually develop new skills. Team members are empowered to challenge the status quo, contribute ideas and play a key role in shaping the future of quality at Clinical Partners.
To thrive in Clinical Quality, you’ll be passionate about improving patient outcomes, confident using data and evidence, and committed to continuous improvement. You’ll build strong relationships across teams, bring organisation and attention to detail, and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach that balances governance, compliance and innovation—all while making a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
