Making access to care better
Clinical Partners brings together three specialist business units, supported by Shared Services. Together, these teams combine clinical expertise, operational excellence and specialist support to improve access to mental healthcare and deliver high-quality care at every stage of the patient journey.
Clinical Partners has been an NHS system partner since 2017. We have helped more than 150,000 NHS patients and are proud of the role we play in helping to bring down waiting lists and improving patients’ quality of life through effective care and treatment. We provide mental health, autism and ADHD services via direct contracts with the NHS and through the NHS Choice (Right to Choose) Framework, for adults and children and young people.
Our team brings together deep NHS experience across commissioning, clinical practice and administration. Working alongside health and care partners, we design adaptable, practical solutions that respond to complex service challenges and improve access and outcomes for patients.
We provide outpatient mental healthcare services to self-referred individuals across the country and on behalf of health insurers such as Bupa. Our services include ADHD and Autism assessments and treatment as well as outpatient psychiatry, treatment for anxiety and depression, biopolar disorders and eating disorders.
Most of our services are delivered remotely, making care more accessible and convenient for patients. Where face-to-face support is needed, we can also offer assessments and treatment at clinics nationwide. The Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre provides diagnosis, treatment and support for children and adults with ADHD and Autism.
Our Medication Management service supports ADHD patients to find the medication approach that works best for them.
For many patients, accessing appropriate treatment is an important step in their journey. Some may work with us for up to six months while their medication is carefully titrated to the right dosage, while others may continue to return to us for ongoing support over many years.
Our team provides expert support throughout treatment, helping patients find the right medication and dosage while keeping patient safety at the centre of every decision.
Our Shared Services Platform brings together the expert teams that keep Clinical Partners moving forward, including colleagues across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technology & Data, People & Workforce, Business Development, Communications, Brand & Public Affairs, Governance & Compliance, Patient Services and Clinical Quality.
Together, these teams create the foundations that allow our clinical services to run smoothly, safely and effectively. They support the delivery of our services, protect our reputation, and develop the technology and data systems we need to deliver high quality, technology-enabled care.
