For many people with ADHD, finding the right medication can be life changing. Our Medication Management team guides patients through every stage of treatment, working alongside clinicians to help them find the approach and the balance, that's right for them.
Whether a patient has been diagnosed by Clinical Partners or another provider, the team coordinates every stage of the medication process, making it straightforward, well organised and centred around each person's needs.
Our Medication Management team is at the heart of the treatment journey. We prepare patients for appointments, coordinate bookings, answer questions and explain what happens next, helping people understand the process and access the support they need.
Our Medication Management team works closely with clinicians to ensure every stage of the patient's medication journey is carefully coordinated.
We provide medication management services for patients accessing care through NHS Right to Choose, as well as those referred by private medical insurers and healthcare providers. We also support private patients who choose to access our services directly, ensuring safe, effective and seamless care regardless of how they come to us.
Accessing the right medication is often the final step in a long diagnostic journey. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, helping patients access treatment that enables them to better manage their ADHD and improve their everyday lives.
Many patients remain with the team for several months while their medication is adjusted, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships and see firsthand the positive difference continuity of care can make.
