I support people, managers and leaders to grow, develop and be at their best at work.
High standards mean delivering learning that truly makes a difference, not just in the room, but in day-to-day practice and ultimately in patient care. It’s about creating inclusive, engaging spaces where everyone feels supported to learn and grow, while continuously evolving and improving how we develop our people.
I’m passionate about supporting people with their learning and growth, and with the company scaling so quickly, there are so many opportunities to make a real impact. Mental health and neurodivergence are also areas that resonate deeply with my own story. Clinical Partners felt like the perfect fit, and it absolutely has been.
I’ve been genuinely struck by how deeply everyone cares, about patient care, mental health and neurodivergence. That level of personal commitment is felt across the company.
A good day is when I’ve made a positive impact on the people around me, which ultimately contributes to the quality and safety of care we provide to our patients. Recently, at the end of a leadership training day I facilitated, two managers shared that they felt much calmer and more confident compared to how overwhelmed they felt at the start. Moments like that really bring purpose to what I do.
Periods of sustained pressure can be challenging. What helps is being open about it, communicating with my team, my manager, and at home, and asking for support when I need it. I’m lucky to have a very supportive manager, team and partner. I also make sure I look after myself and recognise what helps me reset: dancing, time with family, and getting enough sleep.
I feel very well supported by my team and manager, who are always approachable and willing to listen. There’s a strong sense of trust, and the flexibility I have in my role is incredibly valuable, especially as a parent.
