We are looking for a Social Media and Engagement Manager to lead our online presence and community building across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, producing and curating content, monitoring and analysing data, and engaging with our target audience, especially those who are affected by mental health issues to ensure that our social media channels reflect our values, mission, and vision.

Requirements
Essential
• Experience in online reputation management, social media or content creation, preferably in the mental health or wellness industry to promote mental health awareness, education and support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and creativity
• Understanding of mental healthcare or lived experience is a must due to the nature of the role
• Understand and relate to the needs, emotions and experiences of your target audience, especially those who are affected by mental health issues
Desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, communications)
• A strong understanding of social media analytics and tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Later, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of various social platforms, including Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, FB/Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
