Recruitment Officer

​We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team!

​You will be responsible for providing recruitment support across the business assisting with multiple recruitment projects. You will proactively headhunt and liaise with candidates, perform face to face and virtual interviews, create and maintain job descriptions and advertise these across multiple platforms, as well as provide administration support to the team within all aspects of the role.

​You will be key in providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on their recruitment needs and will be the main point of contact with external recruiters consistently building positive relationships within an exciting and fast-moving environment.

​Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will manage a broad range of vacancies at any time receiving applications across a range of sources.

This is a hybrid position working remotely and our office in Semley 1 day per week, therefore access to your own transport is essential.
