Recruitment Advisor

We are currently looking to recruit recruitment advisor to join our team. This is hybrid role with the expectation to attend our head office based in Semley for team collaboration days approximately once a week and additional meetings where necessary.

You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing innovative and effective recruitment advertising strategies, with a focus on Senior and hard to fill and clinician vacancies.

Ideally you will have;

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including executive search functions.Experience in utilising social media and online professional networks for candidate sourcing and engagement.Background in overseeing rolling recruitment campaigns and managing high-volume recruitmentProven ability to manage complex recruitment campaigns and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Advanced interviewing and assessment skills, particularly for senior-level candidates.Strong knowledge and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and agencies.Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand and meet unique recruitment requirements.Proactive approach to continuous improvement, adaptability to changing recruitment landscapes, and ability to implement innovative recruitment strategies
