We are a seeking an Office Administrator to join our friendly team located on the outskirts of Oxford. Oxford ADHD and Autism Centre (part of the Clinical Partners Group) are dedicated to providing high quality services to our patients. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team.
As the Office Administrator you will play a crucial role at our Headington Clinic in assisting the Head of Operations and Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our centre’s day to day. You will be responsible for managing clinic enquiries, new patient bookings, and providing essential support to our healthcare professionals.
Role & Responsibilities:
Management of waiting list for new patient assessments and appointmentsManaging diaries and availability for clinical team membersLiaising with patients to complete and return assessment formsBooking follow up appointmentsRecord/log and post prescriptions each day
Manage the “office” email account, directing messages as appropriateCovering ReceptionAny other general administration duties required by the Clinical Director and/or Practice Manager
Experience:
Computer literate including, but not limited to, Email, MS Word and ExcelExcellent customer service skillsPolite telephone manner
Attention to detailStrong organisational skillsTeam playerExperience with managing diaries
