Medical Reports Administrator

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Reports Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of outgoing medical reports by meticulously scrutinizing documents for typographical, formatting, and other errors. Your responsibilities include rectifying identified errors, reviewing documents against ICB standards and requirements, and proficiently issuing finalized reports to patients through their online portal. 

As a Reports Administrator, you will be an essential contributor to maintaining the highest standards in document accuracy and presentation. Your responsibilities will extend to addressing errors individually and collaboratively with team members or clinicians, emphasizing a keen focus on maintaining the clinical content integrity unless directed otherwise by the clinician. Issuing reports within agreed timeframes is paramount, and you will play a crucial role in checking data against patient information, ensuring proper consent, email addresses, and relevant documentation are attached to each report. Requirements
Essential
• Previous experience in an administrative role. 
• Previous experience in delivering high standard of work at pace.
• Previous experience using multiple online platforms to follow a process from start to finish.
• High standard of English language.
• Good working knowledge of how-to data check, edit and process documents at pace and accurately. 
• Highly detail focussed, and comfortable spending long periods scrutinising medical reports and related documents. 
• Excellent administrative and IT skills, comfortable working with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other report-writing platforms.
• Highly motivated individual able to work with minimal direction and to KPIs.

Desirable
• Previous proofreading/editing experience.
• Having worked with medical documents 
• Experience in working from home and working on deliverables.
• Previous knowledge of medical terminology or working with medical documents.
