Learning and Development Advisor

Clinical Partners, one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, have an exciting new opportunity, to support the L&D manager in the running of our new L&D function within the HR team. 

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced and confident L&D Advisor to join a company going through a period of huge growth; providing an opportunity to support in the delivery of a new L&D strategy and provide effective L&D service to all employees and contractors in Clinical Partners. 

We’re looking for someone that is able to advise and support managers and employees on a range of L&D activities including designing and delivering in-house training and development programmes and support external training solutions in order to build a collaborative learning culture within Clinical Partners. 

The successful candidate will be invited to join the HR team once a week at our Head Office in Semley. This is an easy commute from Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Yeovil, Bournemouth/Poole, Trowbridge, Andover and Bath. 

Requirements:
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or equivalent experience of providing L&D services in a similar role.
• Proven experience of working in an L&D role, achieving personal and team goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Experience of designing and delivering learning interventions. 
• Experience of facilitating group events. 
• Experience of procuring training and managing external training providers.
• Understanding of CQC requirements and standards. 
• Broad specialist knowledge of L&D trends and good practice. 
• Whilst not essential, experience of working in or knowledge of a healthcare environment or similar regulated activity would be advantageous. 
• Experience of working in a fast-growing company where change is the norm is desirable as is line management experience and a degree level education.
