We have a new opportunity for an experienced Nurse Prescriber to join our team of specialists as we develop our ADHD pathway.
You will work autonomously to initiate, prescribe and monitor medication across our Adult and CAMHS ADHD Service, providing effective support to our clinical staff and contributing to the continuous service development and improvement.
ADHD CAMHS and/or Adult diagnosis experience is essential to be considered for the role as well as the ability to provide face to face assessments as there will be times where you will be carrying out physical checks. It is essential you are a qualified Independent Non-Medical Prescriber with experience of assessing and diagnosing ADHD.
We will provide you with support from our experienced team who take care of the appointment booking, patient questionnaires, and administration, leaving you free to focus on what you do best.
You will be asked to carry out physical checks on patients therefore it is essential you are able to work in one of our Consulting rooms.
Required qualifications and experience:
Relevant Mental Health Professional QualificationV300 prescribing qualificationMinimum 3 years post qualification experienceRegistration with Professional Body Essential (NMC)
