We are looking for a highly motivated HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As the HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and running all HR/People systems, including process improvement and the production of management information and reports. You will take the lead on reporting and providing HR critical data and insights to the business.
As the HR systems expert, you will provide support on HR applications to all stakeholders, including the provision of systems training, induction training, maximising system productivity and performance to ensure effective and efficient use of systems. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to develop and embed new systems and processes and lead on process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an HR generalist as well as with HR systems (Core HR or PeopleXD) and processes. You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in producing and analysing data and reports. You must have experience in managing information systems and be system savvy.
Key responsibilities:
Produce and analyse data and dashboards for Board reportingAdminister and maintain the HR / People systems (HRIS – PeopleXD, ATS, LMS, Credentially, etc)Ensure full utilisation of HR modules and deliver HR process improvementsAct as first POC for system problems and stakeholder enquiriesEnsure data privacy within systems and data integrity and accuracyLead on data collection process to support the delivery of a quality HR serviceAssist with the administration of any HR systems, enabling accounts, approving requests & updating recordsPartner with all members of the People team to ensure all processes are followed and all systems are performing in the intended wayTake a lead role in the roll out and delivery of a new HRIS systemAssist with data for pay gap reporting, surveys, DEI reporting, annual pay review, etc
