This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although this is a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be required to attend the office in Semley, near Shaftesbury regularly. You will need access to your own transport to do this.
We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient and hard working administrator to join our ever-expanding in house Recruitment team.
This is a new role within the team where the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment team with daily tasks and will be pivotal in helping the team succeed.
Every day will be different giving you the opportunity to work with all aspects of the business and expand your knowledge in the recruitment world.
Your duties will include scheduling interviews, updating team calendars, answering phone calls and monitoring emails.

Your day to day will consist of:
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Scheduling interviews
Updating team diaries accordingly
Posting job advertisements online across multiple jobsites
Screening candidates; verifying qualifications / background checks
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Provide administrative support across the team where required
Support the recruitment team with ongoing project work
What we are looking for:
Relevant administrative experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise and handle large volumes of work
Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
Clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
Positive approach to customer service
Ability to form strong working relationships with both managers and colleagues
Experience of working in an HR team desirable
Experience working with the People HR system advantageous but not essential
