We are currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join our team. This is hybrid role with the expectation to attend our head office based in Semley for team collaboration days and meetings where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a particular focus on projects, leading and supporting various initiatives that align with Clinical Partners’ strategies and vision.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing a wide-ranging service including complex ER issues and leading on a range of operational projects to support our people operations team within the business.
You will be able to work through all levels of HR delivery – strategic, operational and tactical – and influence effectively at all levels.

Ideally you will have;
CIPD Level 7, degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experienceProven HRBP or HR project management experienceDemonstrable experience in a variety of HR functional areas especially organisation development, change management and complex employee relations.Proven experience in setting up and delivering process & proceduresExperience of working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment
