HR Administrator (Onboarder)

Clinical Partners is one of the leading providers of mental health services who work both privately and with the NHS to help people and families experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties to get better. 

We have a great opportunity for an efficient and hardworking administrator to join our ever-expanding HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Onboarding team with daily tasks and will be pivotal in the recruitment process. Your duties will involve communicating with a range of candidates to gain pre-employment documentation using an online system called ‘Credentially’. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, busy HR team with the opportunity to join a company that is rapidly expanding. 

Although this is a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be required to attend the office in Semley, near Shaftesbury. You will ideally be located within an hour of our office, and you will need access to your own transport.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Supporting onboarding of all new employees using the system ‘Credentially’
• Sticking to deadlines and ensuring all other departments are kept up to date with candidate progress
• Checking legitimacy of documents and qualifications 
• Advising hiring managers of progress through onboarding process
• Communicating with recruiters and other administrators to gain all necessary information 

Requirements:
• A minimum of a year’s relevant administrative experience
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation and drive with a willingness to learn
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
• Ability to form strong working relationships with both managers, colleagues, and professional medical staff
• Knowledge of CQC compliance is desirable
• Experience of working in an HR team desirable
• Experience working in healthcare industry desirable

• We’re offering hybrid working in this role. You’ll be fully equipped to enable remote working and be invited to join the HR department once a week at the Head Office in Semley.
