Head of Marketing, Strategy and Planning

We have an exciting opportunity at Clinical Partners, one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, leading the development and execution of marketing strategy and plan, working with the Marketing Director to refine a 3-year marketing strategy and 1-year marketing plan to enable the company to help more patients and families. 

We are looking for a strong strategic thinker with proven analytical skills and leadership abilities to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives and oversee the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives. This will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and business goals to produce marketing activity that produces results. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Marketing Strategy and Planning team to help achieve their objectives and contribute to realizing the overall marketing strategy. 
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and identify opportunities to drive patient acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, revenue growth and satisfaction. 
• Develop and drive the 3-year marketing strategy and 1-year marketing plan. This will include driving brand awareness and acquisition plans to generate more business. 
• Lead the development of annual marketing plans….
• Oversee the planning, execution and measurement of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels and platforms whilst collaborating with performance marketing to ensure that plans are data driven, and the marketing communications team to ensure brand continuity. 
• Establish a measurement framework for the department, including KPIs to measure effectiveness of initiatives, monitoring of marketing and campaign performance, tracking metrics and providing regular reports to senior management. 
• Manage and develop a team of 3 marketeers, providing guidance to support their professional growth and ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
• Manage the marketing budget for integrated marketing plans.  
• Represent a strong connection to the company values and vision.
• Influence and inspire a team and lead changes in direction where necessary.  

Requirements:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in marketing strategy development, planning, and campaign management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
• Advanced degree or master’s in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience of working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment.
• Experience in a fast-growing company where change is the norm.
