Head of Marketing Communications

We have an exciting opportunity at Clinical Partners, one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, leading a team to develop and implement marketing communications designed to realise our marketing strategy and objectives in order promote and enhance the reputation of the company. 

This is the perfect opportunity for an established Marketing Communications professional to manage all internal and external brand communications. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will be leading a team to target our patient experience, ensure our marketing plans are realised, and enhance our internal communications all the while reporting and communicating against our business objectives and strategies.  

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead, guide and support the Marketing Communications team to help them achieve their objectives and contribute to the overall marketing strategy. 
• Lead the development of brand positioning and guidelines to ensure consistency. 
• Develop and implement a marketing communication and content strategy.
• Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, taglines, and brand imagery. 
• Maintain a compelling and consistent brand message that is inline with company values and missions. 
• Manage, develop and monitor relationships with media outlets including developing, distributing and monitoring all media coverage. 
• Lead the development and delivery of our content plan whilst being aware of budgets and deadlines, publishing engaging and compelling content for all touch points. 
• Lead the planning of all marketing events by coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring brand consistency. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 
• Develop and manage marketing communication budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. 
• Represent a strong connection to the business values and vision.
• Influence and inspire a team to back the company’s brand and lead changes in direction where necessary.  

Requirements:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications leader or a similar role with similar scope.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing communication strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a marketing communications team.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communication
• Be a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. 
Desirable:
• A master’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience of working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment 
• Experience in a fast-growing company where change is the norm.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
