Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services who work both privately and with the NHS to help people and families experiencing mental and emotional difficulties to get better.
We are growing quickly, rapidly scaling up our business and with the pace of change and all that brings, we are looking for the right person to join us as a Governance Manager working across the business as an integral part of our Governance network, managing a range of
services to provide assurance of high standards of clinical governance, integrity and
protection in all that we do.
The Role
This is a cross-organisational role, working with a wide range of people, getting involved in projects from a governance angle where needed, leading or co-leading on other projects with a strong governance or GDPR element.
As a critical role within Clinical Partners, you will work in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, Executive Team, Clinicians, and the wider business services, ensuring Clinical Partners
upholds the highest standards of clinical and organisational governance with
the aim of constantly assessing, reviewing, and improving the care and services
we provide.
A key part of this role is working closely with the NHS partnerships team and providing advice, information, and subject matter expertise to develop responses to tenders and NHS contract support.
About you
Clinical Partners is a Designated Body and we work within the CQC inspection framework. If you have experience of working in similar organisations, or maybe you have been a Registered Manager, then we would love to talk to you.
You will be someone who has experience of roles similar to this and you will be looking for your next opportunity where you can have immediate impact in an environment that recognises the value of strong visible governance frameworks.
You will have a relevant professional qualification that will showcase your ability to bring the skills, knowledge and behaviours that will be needed for success in a role like this.
You will have experience of co-ordinating and delivery of projects with a comprehensive knowledge of project principles along with a relevant qualification in Health and Safety.
