Governance Administrator

As part of our Compliance and Governance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure Clinical Partners upholds the highest standards of clinical and organisational governance and compliance. The role involves coordinating projects, meetings and information with a governance or GDPR element, liaising with other departments and functions to ensure co-ordination of Governance services to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Governance Manager in developing, implementing and reviewing company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will collect and compile data for quarterly Clinical Governance meetings and internal and external audits, minute Clinical Governance, Health and Safety and other formal meetings as required, and liaise with a range of partner organisations and stakeholders including the CQC, Commissioners and external auditors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum two years’ experience working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment, be solution focused, with a desire and ability to innovate, be highly organised with strong planning and IT skills, and have excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships across the organisation, and ability to prioritise a constantly changing workload and remain calm under pressure are a must.
