As part of our Compliance and Governance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure Clinical Partners upholds the highest standards of clinical and organisational governance and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Governance Manager in developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and procedures.
• Collect and compile data for quarterly Clinical Governance meetings and internal and external audits, minute Clinical Governance, Health and Safety and other formal meetings as required.
• Liaise with a range of partner organisations and stakeholders including the CQC, Commissioners and external auditors.
• Coordinating projects, meetings and information with a governance or GDPR element
• Utilise the Governance systems by accessing, inputting, and updating information as necessary to constantly assess, review, and improve the care and services we provide.
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment.
• Be solution focused, with a desire and ability to innovate, be highly organised with strong planning and IT skills, and have excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships across the organisation.
• Ability to prioritise a constantly changing workload and remain calm under pressure.

Remuneration and Benefits:
This role is a part-time fully remote role, working 21 hours per week, over 3 days.
