Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services who work both privately and with the NHS to help people and families experiencing mental and emotional difficulties to get better.
We are growing quickly, rapidly scaling up our business and with the pace of change and all that brings, we are looking for the right person to join the HR team as an Employer Value Proposition & Change communications Lead.
The Role
Roles like this don’t come along very often! Reporting into the Chief People Officer, and a member of the HR Management Team, you will also be working closely with the marketing team.

About you
You will be someone who has experience of roles similar to this but you won’t find another role like this – so we are looking for who can see what’s possible and can help us get there.
EVP is crucial to our growth and the raft of specialist roles we recruit such a psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and many more mean that you will be excited to really understand our target audience and understand that one size doesn’t fit all and we will need to flex and evolve our EVP regularly to remain competitive and to attract the talent we need.
You will have a relevant professional qualification that will showcase your ability to bring the skills, knowledge and behaviours that will be needed for success in a role like this.
Our transformation is focussed on purposeful growth of our operations, moving into new areas of service delivery and its happening quickly. having experience of business communications, ideally in changing and transforming organisations, is also of particular interest.
