About you:
You will be a versatile digital marketer who is comfortable creating content and supporting campaign delivery across a range of platforms. We are very interested to hear from candidates with an Institute of Digital Marketing diploma or equivalent.
Key responsibilities:
Manage delivery of email marketing programme for NHS support programmesBe the day-to day manager for social media platforms. Develop regular content schedule with content team Support creation of posts including applying design skills where appropriateManage posting of regular content across different platformsRegular reporting on performanceContinuously look to help us reach new audiences and optimise performance Be responsible for internal branding assetsTemplates, signatures etcSourcing of branded goods for employees, teams etcMonitoring our customer review channels and providing regular feedback to businessSupport delivery of customer acquisition campaigns, including PPC advertising and optimising landing pages
Skills and experience:
experience in digital marketing, agency or brandGreat team work and ability to collaborate with marketing team members and with wider businessCurious mindset, interested in how people use digital channels to learn about mental health, seek advice, and how to build trustExperience managing creation of digital assets for social and digital campaigns. Any basic design skills a bonusComfortable getting into the detail of digital marketing platforms and how to fine-tune their performanceGreat attention to detailExceptional written and communication skillsStrong understanding of audience targeting and messagingExperience of working with customer data is definitely a bonus
