About you:

You will be a versatile digital marketer who is comfortable creating content and supporting campaign delivery across a range of platforms. We are very interested to hear from candidates with an Institute of Digital Marketing diploma or equivalent.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of email marketing programme for NHS support programmes
• Support the coordination and delivery of CRM campaigns
• Regular reporting on business performance (via Google Analytics and Salesforce)
• Monitoring our customer review channels and providing regular feedback to business
• Support delivery of customer acquisition campaigns, including PPC advertising and optimising landing pages
• Be responsible for internal branding assets – Document and email templates, email signatures etc. Sourcing of branded assets for employees, teams etc.
• Support digital events such as live webinars
• Aid in the day-to day management for social media platforms

Skills and experience:

• 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, agency or brand
• Flexible approach to working with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and campaigns
• Great team work and ability to collaborate with marketing team members and with wider business
• Curious mindset, interested in how people use digital channels to learn about mental health, seek advice, and how to build trust
• Experience managing creation of digital assets for social and digital campaigns. Any basic design skills a bonus
• Comfortable getting into the detail of digital marketing platforms and how to fine-tune their performance
• Exceptional written and communication skills, with good attention to detail
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and messaging
• Experience of working with customer data a bonus
• Knowledge or experience of the mental health space also a bonus
• We would prefer candidate with Institute of Digital Marketing diploma or equivalent
