CRM Manager

​As a CRM
Manager at Clinical Partners, you will oversee the implementation and
management of our CRM capabilities. Reporting into our Head of Performance
Marketing, you will ensure that our CRM system effectively supports our onboarding,
in-life and post diagnostic support stages to enhance patient engagement and
experience.

We are looking
for a candidate who excels in journey mapping, platform configuration and
optimisation as well as strategic planning. The ideal candidate should be
skilled at building and optimising
CRM processes within the platform, paying close attention to detail while
keeping a strategic perspective. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as
this role involves interacting with numerous stakeholders across various
departments. Understanding business needs and being able to translate those
into effective CRM strategies is crucial for success in this role.

Key
responsibilities:

●    Develop
and implement alongside the business, comprehensive CRM strategies that align
with our business goals to ultimately enhance our users and patients’
experience

●    Develop
and implement comprehensive customer journey maps from scratch, integrating
both online and offline touchpoints, and ensuring alignment with overall
business objectives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction

●    Plan,
execute, and monitor CRM campaigns, utilising tools such as Marketing Cloud to
automate and optimise customer interactions

●    Generate
regular reports on CRM performance and campaign outcomes, providing insights
and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
Analyse users and patient data to identify trends, behaviours, and
opportunities for improving customer relationships and increasing retention.

●    Work
closely with all areas of the business to ensure seamless integration of the
CRM system with other business processes.

●    Ensure
that all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and that customer data
is securely managed and protected.

●    Liaise
with a support agency as needed to ensure optimal CRM performance and resolve
any issues promptly

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in
CRM management, proficiency in Marketing Cloud is essentialDemonstrable experience with brands delivering best in class digital experiencesBachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business, Information Technology, or a related field, desirable but not
essentialExperience in the healthcare or
mental health sectors is a plus, but not essential.Strong understanding of database
management and data analysis.Ability to analyse complex data and
translate it into actionable insights and strategies.Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies
clearly to stakeholders.Strong project management skills,
with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines.A deep understanding of
patient-centric strategies and a passion for improving patient
experiences.

Remuneration
and Benefits:

This
role is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel to London to attend
team meetings.
