Autism Practitioner

The Oxford ADHD Centre, part of the Clinical Partners Group are looking for highly experienced Autism Practitioners to join our team based in Oxford to carry out diagnostic assessments for Autism.

Our clinicians are experienced mental health professionals who work with us to deliver the highest standards of patient care.

The core requirement will be to deliver ADOS and ADI-R assessments to children and adults; diagnosing, conferring and report writing with the support of our team. Our ADOS assessments will be face to face from our Oxford clinic in Headington, but our ADI-R vacancy can offer remote working.

You must have relevant clinical qualification and current registration as well as experience using ADOS/ADI-R in a diagnostic setting. We can offer full-time, part-time, and flexible working opportunities available and if you feel we are right for you, can also offer excellent long term opportunities.

You will be provided with clinically suitable patients, triaged by our experienced team.  We take care of the appointment booking, patient questionnaires, and administration, leaving you free to focus on what you do best: patient care.

To be considered for the role you must be able to work in one of our Consulting rooms within the Headington, Oxford area.

REQUIREMENTS:

Clinical qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience in a similar position
Current registration with a statutory body
Training and relevant experience in ADOS and ADI-R 
Evidence of Indemnity Insurance
Legal right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (less than 3 years old)
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Evidence of recent Safeguarding training – Level 2 and above
