Admin Assistant – NHS Partnerships Team

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, pipeline trackers, and project documentation.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans and timelines. 
• Collaborate with the team to create and update documentation, such as presentations, sales sheets and contracts.
• Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations summarising activities and results for management and stakeholders.  

Requirements:

• 2 Years minimum administration experience. 
• Experience of working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment  
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in a fast-growing company where adaptability is common place.

Remuneration and Benefits:

This role is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel to attend departmental and NHS meetings.
